**Sussex Insurance (Inside T & T supermarket), 2800-1st Ave E,** is currently hiring experienced Autoplan Agents to join our office in Vancouver. We are seeking both **full-time** and **part-time Level 1** or** Level 2**, Autoplan agents who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly wage: $21-$27, based on experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance License (required)
- Proven experience with ICBC Autoplan transactions
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work weekends
- Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions
