Private boarding school located in North Vancouver is currently seeking energetic and responsible individuals to fill our FULL TIME JANITOR position. Shift starts at 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform daily, monthly and holiday cleaning duties
- Clean and supply school building (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Handle the collection and disposal of garbage and recycle material
- Manage routine upkeep of school interior and exterior
- Handle all working material and equipment with care and keeps it well cleaned
- Answer page, receive stock and maintain janitorial supplies
- Perform other custodial/ janitorial duties as required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number and be legal to work in Canada
- Minimum 1 year proven working experience as a janitor
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- A team player and ability to multitask
- Well mannered, work clean and take directions well
- Subject to a criminal records review
