Office Administrator

We are a cross-border bonded carrier, who provides our customers on Vancouver Island with a US address to send shipments to. This service helps people avoid exorbitant brokerage fees, by giving people the opportunity to be their own broker. We also work closely with many local companies of all sizes here on the Island, importing, moving freight between Vancouver and Victoria, and delivering baggage for YYJ.
**Duties**:
- helping customers with their packages and paperwork
- typing customs cargo documents
- retrieving packages from the warehouse
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) is beneficial, but if you're not familiar we are happy to provide any necessary training on our office/document programs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
