**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product recommendations and personalized beauty advice.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our beauty products, including haircare, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer beauty tips to customers, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs, answer product-related inquiries, and provide recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving and stocking products, and conducting periodic inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new product launches, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, with a focus on the beauty industry being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to easily engage with customers and build relationships.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and experience with stock handling.
- Proven sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for beauty products, staying informed about the latest trends, and being able to recommend suitable products to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must currently reside in the Saskatoon area.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

**Shift**: 8-hour shift, day shift (8:30am-5:00pm)
