**Job Summary**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients to trouble shoot and diagnose product technical issues, warranty claims
- Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
- Provide backup solutions whenever necessary
- Keep detailed logs of client complaints, problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
- Provide instructions in simple terms
- Work together with other Technical Support Specialists to find solutions to more complex issues.
- Suggest replacement parts needed with Joerns item codes & SAP quotes
- Assist customers with installation of parts when required
- Order fulfillment process of parts orders, RA’s for warranty replacement orders
- Inventory management of parts
- Testing in warehouse of Joerns products returned for repair

**Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Customer site installation services
- Warehouse assistance when needed

**Required Qualifications**
- Technical experience in relevant field
- Valid Driver license
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- SAP or ERP experience and Microsoft Office

**Education**:

- High School diploma required
- College diploma or Technical certificate preferred
