**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, fittings, and appliances.
- Diagnose plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems accurately.
- Perform tasks as needed for pipe repairs or installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance on boilers and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in various environments.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Plumbing / Heating Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair tasks.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, appliance repair, and construction practices is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to plumbing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.

Pay: $41.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
