Reitzel Insulation is looking for 2 full-time labourers to join our team. This position is full-time, NOT seasonal and no experience necessary.
- G License (If you have a DZ, that's great too)

**Responsibilities**:

- Use tools, such as tape measures, knives, hand saws, drills and power saws, as needed to prepare, as well as clean-up insulation
- Leave construction sites clean and orderly. Don’t leave tools or supplies behind.
- The ability to communicate with our customers, tradespeople, other crew members as well as management as to project difficulties and problems encountered.
- Treat fellow employees as internal customers and promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain your tools and personal protection equipment in good working condition.
- Work safe and use safety personal protection equipment according to company policy (such as safety glasses, respirator, safety toed boots, cut resistant gloves, high visibility clothing and hearing protection).

- Comfortable working on scaffolding and ladders
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Strong decision-making skills
- Able to endure both hot and cold weather
