**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of property files, tenant information, and financial transactions.
- Utilize property management software such as PayProp for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Oversee maintenance requests through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing tenant concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related services.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management practices.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and file management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is advantageous.

Pay: From $25,000.00 per year
