A Senior Shipping & Packing Lead consistently delivers high quality performance. You have a positive, can-do attitude and excel at efficiency, accuracy, speed and good judgement. You are agile and flexible - able to pivot activities as required to bring the highest value to the organization. You find it easy to follow direction, procedures and methods, and are able to lead others to do the same.
**Responsibilities**
- Pick, pack and ship orders to retail and wholesale clients.
- Pick, pack and ship transfers to and from our retail stores.
- Package, assemble, dispense, and label products.
- Receive inventory.
- Engage in all tasks and activities required to ensure the smooth operation of the facility including keyholder, supervisory, cleaning, tidying and administrative functions.
- Any other duties as needed.

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are able to follow verbal and written instructions, packing slips, picking lists, sales receipts and invoices with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Have good computer and internet skills. Experience using MS Office, MAC OS and any POS system are an asset.
- Have good basic math and accuracy skills so that you can correctly count the number of items going into parcels, verify the work of others for accuracy, and do double counts of stock.
- Prior experience in any of these related positions is an asset but is not required: shipping and receiving, warehouse, manufacturing food products, prep or line cook, assembly, and any fast-paced working environment.
**Hours of Operation**
- This is currently a daytime, Monday to Friday position. Weekend and evening shifts may be available during peak times, including November and December.
**Physical Requirements**
- This is a hands-on position. You’ll be on the move for your whole shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat and bend. Frequently required to use hand and finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. Able to do detailed work with hands, and work requiring hand/eye co-ordination.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work from a standing workstation.
- You will be working around and/or using moving machines, such as dollies, carts, pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Must be able to go up and down stairs, ladders and stepladders.
- Must be able to work in all areas and activities of the warehouse as needed.
