**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with patients across various settings to develop personalized treatment plans that enhance their quality of life.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language abilities in patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
- Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, voice quality, and language comprehension.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective case management.
- Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

**Experience**
- A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
- Previous experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory; experience in acute care or hospital settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while providing high-quality care.

Pay: $33.00-$100.00 per hour
