- The
- **Treasury Analyst** will provide administrative and functional support to the VP, Treasury, and VP, Internal Audit. The role will also provide critical support in managing signatory updates on our bank accounts, open and close bank accounts and assist with other needs in the group. The individual should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and professional conduct to both internal and external stakeholders.**You Are Great At**
- Prepare and provide banks with documents required for opening/closing bank accounts and updating signatories
- Learn the Kyriba Treasury Management System and specifically manage the bank account module for maintaining up to date signatories.
- Where required, assist with managing other projects in the group
- Provide training on Microsoft tools (Word, PPT, Excel)
- In addition, the role will provide the following administrative backup support for:
- Co-ordinating the payment of invoices and reconciliation of expenses monthly
- Creating, reviewing and the allocation of purchase orders to ensure proper tracking; liaise with the Purchasing Department to correct improper allocations as required
- Co-ordinate travel where required; reconcile and process travel expenses according to company guidelines
- Update P-Card allocations, workflows, and allocations
- Create position requisitions, track progress, position codes, etc.
- Plan, organize and coordinate special events and activities
**What It Takes**
- Corporate process and procedure understanding
- High degree of skill with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Sound judgment. Tact, discretion and extreme confidentiality are essential
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Experience in communication with global banks is also an asset
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time without compromising quality
