Responsibilities
- The general position helps in the yard, the mechanics, cleaning, storage, store front and more. This could be but not limited to the following, helping inside the store, blocking boats, shrink wrapping boats, washing boats, operations of yard tractor and forklift, move boats to designated stations, organize boat yard in a clean accessible manner, and delivery and pick up of customers boats. No experience needed, will train on site.

Requirements
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Strong decision making and analytical abilities. Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills. Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed, possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Minden, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
