**Impact You'll Make**:
The Analyst position is responsible for assisting the site and End-User Computing (EUC) Manager, in maintaining the day-to-day IT operations of the Burlington location (300+ users). The associate is expected to provide support for all Microsoft and Apple desktops/laptops/VDIs, setting up new equipment, installing software, device maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and communicating the proper process and procedures to the line of business. The Analyst will participate in desktop related projects for corporate and remote offices. This person must exhibit task and time management skills, oral and written communication skills, technical expertise, and dedication to resolve problems effectively and efficiently, minimizing disruptions.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide day to day technology production support and support for technology projects
- Providing shift cover from Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. The nature of the business means there can be times throughout the year when weekend and night work is required
- Maintain end users’ desktop experience
- Partner with team in maintenance of SCCM 2012 infrastructure
- Document, maintain, improve standard processes for End-User Computing team
- Resolve problems effectively and efficiently to minimize users’ disruptions
- Work in a fast-paced high demanding environment
- Provide an extremely high level of customer service
- Learn new technologies quickly through self-study
- Take ownership and responsibility of all onsite technology
- Provide immediate support while juggling multiple projects and tasks
- Prioritize tasks and be extremely efficient
