**Traffic Control Person (TCP) - High-Rise Projects**
**Location**: Greater Vancouver Area (Project-Based)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Direct and control traffic flow safely around work zones.
- Set up and dismantle traffic control signs, cones, and barriers.
- Follow and enforce traffic control plans according to regulations.
- Communicate clearly with site crews and the public.
- Ensure safety of construction workers and the general public at all times.
- Adapt to various job sites and conditions based on project demands.
**Requirements**:
- **Valid BC Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certificate (required).**:
- Previous experience in traffic control or on construction sites is an asset.
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.
