**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members and members to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Utilize software such as Word, and Excel for document preparation and data management.
- Procure necessary supplies and materials to maintain office functionality.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Attending Senior Executive Meetings and Community meetings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.

**Skills**
- Strong presentational skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with other office software is a plus (**training will be provided on club specific software**).
- Previous administrative experience preferred, showcasing organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
