**Responsibilities**:
Just Teaching. No Lesson Plans. No Preparation.

You will be trained to teach using the Mathnasium Method. All of the tools you need will be provided.
- Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment.
- Display a positive attitude, and demonstrate enthusiasm for math.
- Supervise, interact with, and motivate students.
- Reward students for completed work, and especially for demonstrated mastery.
- Evaluate and document student progress.
- Communicate student needs to the Center Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Grade 9
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- Familiarity with the British Columbia math curriculum is a plus

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. We hire people who fit our environment. Get 85% on our employment test and win a $10. Starbucks gift card

**AVAILABILITY**:

- Working hours generally fall between 3:00 and 7:00 PM Tuesday-Friday, some Saturdays available as well.
- Availability to learn how to teach online is a plus
