The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Entrepreneurship & Venture Development Diploma in Retail & Service Industries related programs.

**PTIB Standards**:
**Credential Requirement**:

- Relevant credential plus a minimum of two years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
- No credential but a minimum of ten years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.

**Educational Background**:

- A degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

**Professional Experience**:

- Extensive experience in the Retail and Service Industries with a focus on entrepreneurship and venture development.
- Prior experience in developing diploma or certificate programs for educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of the PTIB program development and submission process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Business development and planning skills focused on the retail and service sectors, including market analysis and customer segmentation.
- Financial management knowledge for budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization specific to retail and services.
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
- Skills in digital marketing, social media, and customer relationship management tailored to the retail and service industries.
- Customer service excellence and experience design to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Compensation**:

- This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project
