We are currently looking for a highly organized, responsible, and knowledgeable field superintendent for our residential projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure our residential flatwork projects are prepped and ready to pour concrete.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organizing and coordinating labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors during the project
- Schedule all residential flatwork pours (Including reschedules due to weather, concrete & pump availability)
- Overseeing the job site protocols, including safety, and efficiency
- Delegating responsibilities and tasks to the labour force
- Coordinating inspections with building officials and consultants
- Completing daily reports, inspections, and communication
- Coordinating weekly, biweekly, or monthly pre-construction and site meetings with heads of trade
- Performing daily quality control checks to monitor the project's progress
- Measure concrete to confirm square footage
- Request variance purchase orders any extra billable items (Pumps, Labour, Extra Concrete)
- Establish pricing with crews and builders for non-standard work

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in the construction process of building a home
- 2+ years of superintendent experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- College diploma in construction management is considered an asset
- Knowledge/experience with concrete is considered an asset
- Valid Drivers License

**Hours of Work**:
8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
