We are pleased to offer a Full-time employment opportunity as an Service Advisor in our shop at Carman Ford. We are confident that you will find this position both rewarding and challenging as you grow with us to be both an exceptional member of our team and support our customers.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Ensure customers are attended to in a timely fashion; clarify and set appropriate expectations and fulfill all commitments as promised
- Provide estimates / quotes as required
- Booking appointments
- Working on a computer, organizing workloads and balancing commitments

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software
- Communication skills, such as be a great listener and have a calm demeanor is a benefit
- Energy, passion, and professionalism is a must
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with an ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Availability to work on Saturdays
