**Overview**
We are seeking hardworking individuals eager to learn the Fencing and deck trade. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our team and contribute to the overall success of our projects. You will begin as a support role with our head builders, and will begin to learn the trade on day 1. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys physical work and being part of a team, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring they are safe and organized.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform general maintenance duties as required to keep equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills**
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to following safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
