**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer les matières premières (poudres) à être pesées sur un chariot et confirmer que la quantité identifiée dans l’inventaire virtuel soit égale à l’inventaire physique
- Ramasser toutes les poudres nécessaires pour la recette à préparer dans l’entrepôt
- Peser chaque quantité de matières premières nécessaires à l’assemblage des différentes formules
- Assembler les formules de poudre
- Remplir la documentation de fabrication reliée aux pesées de matières première.
- Nettoyer les murs, plancher, plafond de la salle et équipements de pesé entre chaque formule (50% du temps)
- Effectuer certaines vérifications en lien avec l’inventaire physique et virtuel
- Suivre les BPF et se conformer aux normes de qualité
- Toutes autres tâches connexes au besoin

**Compétences et qualifications**:

- Pouvoir soulever et déplacer des charges entre 10 et 25 kg (25 et 50 lb)
- Être capable d’effectuer des tâches manuelles
- Être méticuleux, organisé, faire preuve de précision et avoir le souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Capacité à lire et écrire le français
- Habileté en calcul mental

**Formation**:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires

**Horaire de travail**:

- Lundi au vendredi : 7h00 à 15h00
40 heures / semaine
Poste permanent à temps plein

- **Powder Assembly Assistant**

New Roots Herbal is a leading national manufacturer and distributor of high-quality natural health products based near Montreal, Quebec. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare raw materials (powders) to be weighed on a cart and confirm that the quantity identified in the virtual inventory is equal to the physical inventory
- Collect all powders required for the recipe to be prepared from the warehouse
- Weigh each quantity of raw material required to assemble the different formulas
- Assemble powder formulas
- Complete manufacturing documentation related to raw material weighing.
- Clean walls, floor, ceiling and weighing equipment between formulas (50% of time)
- Perform physical and virtual inventory verifications.
- Follow GMP and quality standards.
- All other related tasks as required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Be able to lift and move loads between 10 and 25 kg (25 and 50 lb)
- Ability to perform manual tasks
- Meticulous, organized, precise and detail-oriented
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to read and write French
- Mental arithmetic skills

**Education**:

- High school diploma.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
40 hours / week
Full-time permanent position
- On-the-job training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
