The Crystal Lodge in the heart of Whistler is searching for a year-round Bell Attendant
- The Bell Person is the first person to welcome guests to the hotel and we are looking for someone to fulfill this pivotal role.

The role of Bell Person is highly interactive with guests and depending on their requirements, will depend on how the day-to-day operation goes, however, some of the tasks that you would likely complete, but not limited to, within this role include:

- Greet guests outside the lobby offering assistance with their luggage and providing them guidance to the Front Desk.
- Assist departing guests with their luggage either from their room or from the lobby to their car.
- Provide guests with a valet parking service and explaining parking procedures and how to obtain their vehicle.
- Support with Bike Valet.
- Manage and handle luggage storage requests in a timely and proficient manner that ensures all items are clearly and correctly labelled.
- When required, assist the House Attendant and Maintenance team with any tasks that require additional support.
- Support the Front Desk team with any further tasks that ensure guest satisfaction is optimized.

This is a full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) and you will be required to work a mixture of early, day and late shifts.
A valid full BC driver’s license is required.
