**Respo**nsibilities:

- Purchase materials, equipment, and supplies needed for the organization
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including evaluating their performance and resolving any issues that arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine purchasing needs and specifications
- Utilize purchasing systems and software to track inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor information
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential new suppliers or cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
- Use MRP system

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze pricing proposals
- Knowledge of vendor management best practices and sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with purchasing systems, such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
