**Job description**:
Supported Lifestyles Ltd. is a not-for-profit agency that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities. The Residential team provides a necessary and invaluable service to our clients promoting inclusive community activities and support in their residential homes.
As a dynamic team that takes a holistic approach to care and ensuring the lifestyle goals of our clients are met. We assist clients in accessing services and utilizing available resources and also providing emotional and behavioral supports. We provide medication administration support, assistance with meal preparation along with day to day living skills and household maintenance. We empower clients to be the best they can be
**Job Overview**:
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- An unrelated degree or a diploma in the human services field is required
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- 3 years’ experience working with developmental disabilities (e.g. dual diagnosis, complex needs, high risk youth)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- A vehicle and class 5 license are required
**Typical Schedule**:
- Varied Schedule
- Weekday shifts are 5:30pm - 10:00am - flexibility is required
- Weekends are 24-hour shifts
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend and holiday schedule
**Compensation**:
- $53,841.82 per year to start
