**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of hair cutting techniques, including fades, trims, and styling to meet client preferences.
- Provide grooming services such as shaves and beard trims with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Upsell products and services that align with client needs, enhancing their overall experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the barbershop.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends in men’s grooming.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to upsell products confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters client relationships.
- Ability to sanitize tools properly and maintain a clean working environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
