Food and Beverage Server

Our Waitresses will need to be experienced in Serving and a have a passion for excellence in customer service.

This position is a seasonal full
- time position from May - October contract.

Responsibilities and Experience:

- FoodSafe
- Serving customers Breakfast and a 4-course evening meal.
- Help prepare bag lunches for guests.
- Stocking Waitress station, and designated kitchen areas
- Maintaining the cleaning of the Main Lodge and its 4 bathrooms
- Making dinner salads, and preparing condiments
- Assisting the chef, and maintaining excellent communication with them
- Being a team player, and working well with other staff, and customers
- Customer service skills as well as holding a friendly and respectful demeaner while under pressure.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe and hazard free work environment
- Be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision

We offer our guests hot breakfast, take out bag lunches, and a weekly set four course evening meal menu format. Zup’s Serves breakfast and dinner for 30-60 guests and 15 staff.

Your work schedule will be 7 days per week. Mornings and evenings working while having time off in the afternoon. Additional time off along with a weeks vacation is included during this contract.

We require background checks, and work references and 2 personal references.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
