We are looking for an experienced Host to join our team at Rock 'N' Horse in Toronto.

**Responsibilities**:

- First and lasting impressionist; greeter for both the arrival and departure of our guests
- Provide guests with a welcome tour and with getting their gear ready for their game
- Assist with keeping courses clean and operational at all times
- Actively on the floor with guests, answering any questions and maintaining pace of play
- Enthusiastic brand ambassador that represents our brand at events, activations and pop ups
- Conduct washroom checks to ensure cleanliness and supplies are in stock
- In constant communication with the team and offers support as required
- Keep an eye on the floor and anticipates the needs of guests and fellow team members
- Other duties as assigned

**Must Haves**:

- A passion for positive experiences and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience in high volume restaurants and/or bar environments considered an asset
- Positive and forward-thinking attitude
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of business
- Strong team focus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45lbs
- Observant, punctual, well-groomed, and able to communicate effectively
- Smart Serve is required

**Schedule**:Part-Time (Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays)

**Reports to**:GeneralManagers

**Location**: Toronto, ON
