**ABOUT US**:
We are in search of a responsible, dedicated landscaper to join our crew. We offer a variety of residential and commercial home and yard services, from lawn and property maintenance to softscape and hardscape installation. Our primary area of operation is Lindell Beach, Cultus Lake. It’s true what they say about life being better at the lake. Turns out work is better at the lake too

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Learn how to use new tools / equipment and follow instructions
- Interact professionally and communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and coworkers
- Maintain fitness and be prepared to work outside in all weather
- Maintain an organized and clean work vehicle
- Load and unload landscaping tools into/from work trucks
- Lawn cutting and line trimming
- Property clean-ups and garden maintenance (i.e. trimming/pruning, weeding, etc.)
- Softscape / hardscape installation (ie. laying sod, installing mulch, river rock, etc.)

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 18 years or older
- _**Relevant experience is welcome, but we prioritize a good fit for the team and overall company culture. We'll train successful applicants for safe and efficient work performance.**_
- 1-2 years of paid work experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to and from daily meeting location (Lindell Beach, Cultus Lake)
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks at an efficient pace in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Can work independently and as part of a team environment

**WORK HOURS & LOCATION**:

- Daily meeting location in Lindell Beach, Cultus Lake
- Full time (Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm)
- Seasonal (March - December)

**COMPENSATION**:

- Hourly wage: Starts at $20-$24, depending on experience, reassessed after probation period.
- Annual Bonus: dependent on performance and duration of employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lindell Beach, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
