Scholars of Waterdown is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic part-time Education Coordinator to join our team.

As an education coordinator at Scholars, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Education Director in managing day-to-day operations and any other roles and responsibilities assigned.

Some responsibilities include:

- Handle new inquiries, assessments, enrolments, and conferences with parents
- Meet goals established by Education Director
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, educational specialists, and other school administrators
- Monitor daily business operations
- Must also be confident teaching elementary concepts up to grade 8.

- Ontario Certified Teacher or working towards OCT (an asset)
- Previous experience working with students is an asset.
- Excellent English oral and written skills.
- A passion to help students reach their potential.
- Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail.
- Must be able to teach Math and English up to grade 8
- Monday - Thursday: 3:30 - 8:30 pm/Friday: 3.30-5.30 pm
- Saturdays: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waterdown, ON L8B 1A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-04-21
