**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of **SAP CRM** solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Configure SAP CRM modules, including **Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Center (IC), Middleware, and Web UI customization**.
- Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to optimize CRM processes.
- Conduct **system testing, UAT, and end-user training** for SAP CRM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM, ensuring mínimal business disruption.
- Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, and training materials.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM advancements and recommend best practices.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **8 years** of experience as an **SAP CRM Functional Consultant**.
- Strong expertise in **SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Middleware**.
- Hands-on experience in **CRM Web UI configuration and enhancement**.
- Good understanding of **BAdis, User Exits, and enhancement frameworks**.
- Experience with **SAP CRM integration** with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in **full-cycle SAP CRM implementations and upgrades**.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP CRM Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with **SAP C/4HANA or SAP Customer Experience (CX)**.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAP Activate framework.

**French language proficiency is a must**

**Location : Quebec, Canada**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $53.05-$105.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
