**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery
- Communicate daily with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure on-time service
- Prepare and manage transportation documents (BOLs, customs paperwork, PODs, etc.)
- Track and trace loads, providing regular updates to clients and team members
- Resolve scheduling issues, delays, or unexpected disruptions
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Support the dispatch team and management with operational tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination (trucking experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of North American freight operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
