**What you’ll be doing**
- PPC Management: Suggest effective Paid Ad strategies that align with our business initiatives and core customer behaviours and goals. Performs daily account management of PPC campaigns, reviews underperforming keywords, utilizes negative keywords, and ensures that ad spend budget is within the budget.
- Ad Campaign Creation: Creates and executes remarketing, search & display ad campaigns
- Ad Copy and Landing Page Creation: Maps out campaign structure and ad groups, conducts keyword research, creates tightly themed ad groups and writes ad and landing page copy specific to keywords, utilizes both landing page options available internally, performs A/B Split testing for optimization
- Reporting: Delivers actionable and weekly budget and performance reports to maximize our investments.
- Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics 4, stays current on search engine and PPC industry trends. Is an expert within one or more CRM/Marketing Automation programs and can create performance dashboards that integrate across platforms.
- Research: Researches and recommends other Paid Advertising opportunities to grow our existing lead funnel. Is responsible for evaluating competitive and industry trends and analysis:
- CRM/Marketing Automation in HubSpot: Develops lead scoring, identifying demographics, points of origin, behaviour, and engagement and collaborating with the marketing and sales team to assign metric scores, evaluate leads and compare scores against average customers to boost the quality of leads.
- Marketing Campaign/Automation: Creates strategies around client retention, acquisition and growth. Is responsible for building campaigns and workflows within our marketing automation platform. Monitors performance and communicates with sales and operations on campaign success and follow-up.
- Digital and Virtual event design, execution, and reporting: Presents new engagement ideas to grow the Packetlabs brand. Assists in the execution, including contract negotiation, customer registration/driving demand, communication strategy, presentation development, logistics coordination, set-up and management of remote and digital events, reporting, pre/post-event communications, etc.
- Privacy & Compliance: Makes sure the company is compliant with Canadian privacy regulations and follows GDPR best practices

**Who you are**
- 3+ years experience in PPC management and a proven track record of success
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to mine complex data
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
- Experienced in SEO with Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for staying current on search engine and PPC industry trends
- An IT, Cybersecurity or services business background is an asset
