**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Customer Demand Planner based at our Brampton Location. This role will enhance the customer demand forecast of the customer business team and provide the main point of contact with Supply Planning, Marketing, Sales and Finance to create and jointly own the customer demand plan within the Monthly Business Planning process.

**A day in the life of...**:
As a Customer Demand planner, you will be working cross-functionally to provide the most accurate business forecast using the customers’ demand and supply chain data.

You will also:

- Maintain and input forecasts in Trade Insight.
- Create and input uplift volume in partnership with Sales into Trade Insights.
- Liaise (as required with customer contacts) and customer facing Analysts to maximise On Shelf Availability of Nestle Canada items.
- Conduct documented post promotional event assessment.
- Analyze / review operational and supply chain trends and monitor sales achievements to proactively identify issues and propose improvements.
- Prepare Demand Planning Performance Reports, and participates in MBP and MOR process
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

**What will make you successful**:

- Have a University degree in Business, Operations management, Supply chain or Logistics
- Have 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain or demand planning role.
- Preferable have some CPG experience in an analytical role.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and constant interruptions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Experience is required in the extraction and analysis of data.
- Must have advanced experience in MS Excel & PowerPoint, Customer Systems experience preferred.
- If you have SAP Experience, that is also considered an asset
