**Position Overview**

We are seeking two dedicated and dependable Plow Truck Operators to join our winter operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time role running from late October through the end of April, with the potential to transition into a full-time, year-round position for strong performers.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate trucks equipped with plows and sanders to remove snow and distribute salt or other ice-control materials.
- Use phone-based software to receive assignments, report progress, and communicate with dispatch throughout shifts.
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Perform light hand shovelling and salting where necessary.
- Work overnight during snow events, with shifts typically lasting around 12 hours.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and follow safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract.
- Comfortable working in cold winter conditions and physically able to enter and exit vehicles as needed.
- Familiarity with smartphone-based apps for route tracking and communication is beneficial.
- Reliable, safety-oriented, and capable of working overnight and on-call during storm events.

**Compensation and Growth Opportunities**
- Competitive hourly wage of $30.00 to $35.00, based on experience.
