Client Support Assistant- Kidsability

Guelph, Canada Anishnabeg Outreach Training and Employment Inc Full time

In this position, you will be supporting therapy staff, contacting families to coordinate appointment scheduling, and arranging for other support as required. You will also coordinate with other administrative team members to support other KidsAbility sites as required. Leveraging the GoldCare and Microsoft Office software systems, the Client Support Assistant provides clerical, administrative, and support services to various programs to assist them in coordinating and providing services to children and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Community College designation in office administration or equivalent experience, or diploma in progress
- Training in and or knowledge of customer service principles
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient with database systems
- Knowledge of GoldCare or other electronic charting software an asset
- Excellent organizing, coordinating, and managing the program demands in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and read various resources to learn processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Previous office administration and scheduling experience preferred, and experience in a healthcare or social services agency would be an asset
- Applicants must have the use of an automobile with public liability and property damage and ability to work from varying sites as organizational demands require
- Maintain compliance with Personal Health Information Protection Act at all times
