**About Access Entry Systems**

Access Entry Systems (AES) is a garage door distributor that has been in business for over 35 years primarily servicing garage door installers throughout Ontario. In total, AES is a team of about 15 employees and operates out of a 26,000 sq/ft warehouse located near Pearson Airport in Mississauga.

**General Summary**

As a warehouse associate, we will train you to perform an array of functions within a small team that include, but are not limited to the loading and unloading of trucks, picking, staging, packaging and the fulfillment of orders, completion of paperwork, customer assistance, and other warehouse duties as required. You will have the opportunity to learn many facets of the business including warehouse and logistic operations, the product lines, and order fulfilment process.

**Location**: Mississauga

**Shift**: 7:30am - 4:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Manually load and unload garage door sections and other related products
- Understand how to load product onto trucks efficiently and in the correct order for deliveries
- Properly place product into and pull product from inventory
- Operating carts, dollies, hand trucks and other equipment to move product
- Preparation of product palletization for shipping
- Assist pick-up customers with picking and loading their purchase orders
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the work day
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8 hour shift
- Ability to communicate with customers in a helpful and friendly manner
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to handle product with care in accordance to company guidelines
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to make sound decisions to obtain desired results
- Must have reliable transportation. Living in close proximity to the warehouse is preferred
- Must be comfortable working as part of a small team within a small to medium sized business
- CSA approved steel toe shoes required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
