The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for creating, submitting, and stewarding orders and traffic instructions. The Coordinator will work primarily with customer support manager(s) and the customer solutions manager. Yangaroo offers a competitive wage and benefits package. We are located just North of Liberty Village which is easily accessible by TTC and GO Transit - although presently the majority of the team works remotely. While we have many years of experience in the media distribution industry, we still maintain a start-up-like atmosphere and flexible working environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work collaboratively with our adsupport and affiliate team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Triage, dispatch, and resolve customer issues as appropriate
- Demonstrate our software to customers over the phone
- Prepare and send orders on the customer's behalf through the YANGAROO System

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Broadcast/Cable/TV/Agency Industry or similar order management/administrative/client services role

**Skills**
- Fluent English (French a plus but not required)
- Detailed oriented individual with strong organizational skills
- Understanding of customer experience and quality service
- Proven technical system troubleshooting, training, and/or customer service with clients on daily basis
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a pressure environment with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work effectively within teams as well as self-directed

**Education**
- A College/University degree or commensurate work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
