The **Logistics Coordinator** is a key member of our Operations team and works closely with our internal departments, crews, and external industry partners to ensure a strong customer service experience is provided for our clients.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Efficient coordination and assessment of technician dispatching, ensuring profitable and effective operations.
- Proactively obtaining and updating ETA and crew statuses
- Handling ACE/ACI manifests for seamless cross-border relocations
- Sourcing and negotiating freight quotes.
- Accepts/releases shipments from the warehouse as needed
- Organizing necessary rental vehicles and equipment.
- Oversight of invoicing and processing
- Coordination of truck maintenance and repairs
- Accurate and timely data entry

**Qualifications**:

- Proven problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability to handle logístical challenges.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Openness to learning new procedures and technologies.
- Resilience in managing multiple tasks and adapting to change.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

**Education**:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred.

**Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Certifications, Licenses, Registrations**:

- At least one year of experience in the trucking or dispatch industry (preferred).
- Valid Driver's License (Class G)
- Forklift License (an asset)

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
