Personal Training Sales Consultant

Fitness Connection, a leading Premium Fitness Club, is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Personal Training Sales Consultant. As a Personal Training Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving and promoting personal training sales and services within our gym facility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Personal Training Sales Growth: Actively engage with prospective members, both in-person and through phone calls, to identify their fitness goals, explain the benefits of personal training, and convert leads into gym memberships.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough fitness assessments and consultations with potential members to understand their needs, discuss suitable training programs, and create personalized fitness plans.
- Upselling Personal Training: Utilize strong product knowledge to effectively present and promote personal training services to new and existing members, emphasizing the value and benefits of one-on-one coaching.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with gym members, offering exceptional customer service and support to ensure a high level of satisfaction and member retention.
- Collaborate with Personal Trainers: Work closely with our team of personal trainers to match members with suitable trainers based on their fitness goals, availability, and preferences.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall growth and success of the gym.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, fitness programs, and the latest training techniques to provide accurate information and deliver exceptional service to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Passion for Fitness: Demonstrated passion for health and fitness with a solid understanding of different training techniques, exercise equipment, and wellness concepts.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse individuals, including prospective and existing members.
- Results-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, consistently striving to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Service Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with personal trainers, fellow sales consultants, and other team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the gym.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
