Reporting to the Business Center Manager, the Product Information Management Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain current and up to date pricing and Special Pricing Agreements (SPA’s) in the system for our vendors.- Generate Special Pricing Agreement rebates at the end of every month and review rejections.- Maintain and update major pricing databases - send to the customers beginning of the month when pricing changes occur- Send up-to-date pricing to other locations in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan;- Manage separate project files for the Quotations department.- Update and add Part numbers and/or descriptions when needed- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for National Accounts - sending all the information to the proper contact.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent English verbal & written communication skills- The ability to take tasks and projects to completion with little to no supervision- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required;- Knowledge of other Microsoft Office and how to utilize them effectively;- Skilled in transacting data in ERP systems and databases- Logical, highly organized and strong attention to detail- Self-motivated - able to work independently and without supervision- Act as a team player with a helpful and positive attitude- Able to focus, prioritize and multi-task with efficiency
