We are currently looking to find a **Shop Supervisor** to join our custom fabrication operations in Saskatoon. Our Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of MegaFab to ensure efficient production. They will manage and coordinate the activities of workers, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality control by inspecting materials and products. Additionally, they support in scheduling and assigning tasks based on job orders, and ensuring machinery is well-maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote a culture of safety, compliant with policy and legislation;
- Supervise, provide guidance and training shop floor personnel as required;
- Schedule activities of workers;
- Assist in the development of project schedules;
- Provide daily work-in-progress updates to Management & Coordinator;
- Maintain, submit, and file records in accordance with company policies;
- Monitor and ensure work quality meets standards;
- Plan, coordinate and deliver on project requirements;
- Welding/Fabrication as required;
- Shop duties as it pertains to project requirements;
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications;
- Operate shop equipment as required;

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
