Greater Toronto Area, Canada TMC Restoration Full time

**$22-$24/hr + $3 per qualified lead ($25-$28 with lead pay)**
Travel required -- you must have a reliable vehicle (up to 100km per event)

**TMC Restoration** is growing — and we’re looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our business at **malls and trade shows**. You’ll be the first face people see at our booth, offering **free in-home estimates** for furniture restoration, reupholstery and refinishing.

This is a **social, fast-paced role** ideal for someone who loves talking to people, works independently, and is motivated to earn based on results.

We encourage semi-retirees who enjoy talking to apply.

What You'll Do:

- Greet and engage with shoppers at our event booth
- Offer free home estimates for furniture restoration
- Ask a few qualifying questions and record lead info
- Travel to malls and venues across the GTA (100km radius)

What We Offer:

- **$22-$24/hour starting wage**:

- **$3 bonus per qualified lead**:

- **$25-$28/hour overall compensation**:

- Mileage compensation for longer travel
- Paid training and team support
- Consistent weekly hours (weekends required)

Who You Are:

- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Able to work in a busy environment
- Own a reliable vehicle and willing to travel up to 100km
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, promotions, or events is a plus — but not required

Schedule:

- Shifts available Monday to Sunday
- Flexible hours based on event schedule
- Part and full-time available

You’ll be working indoors at staffed venues, supported by a team that wants to see you succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
