**Duties**
- Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the office.
- Manage Rentals within the building
- Work with Maintenance and oversee Housekeeping Department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly..
- Oversee front building operations, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
- Implement organizational systems to improve efficiency in administrative processes.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong background in office management.
- Familiarity with senior citizens and working closely with residents and families.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and staff.
