Sales Representative/account Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that promote products and services effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for management review.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development or sales account management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Industry contacts and relationships, to help build the business
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Leadership capabilities to guide teams toward achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships.
