**The Position**:
Responsible for Distribution Controlling for both legal entities(50%). Therapeutic area profitability analysis and support to the Asset teams. Oversee the Rebate Accrual process and validate calculations and assumptions. Provide effective business partnering and financial advisory services to Human Pharma division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Controller and Finance business partner for Distribution function for both legal entities. This includes full responsibility for planning (annual budget and monthly outlooks) and actual reporting (month end accruals and variance analysis). Support the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance teams.
- Responsible for Rebate Analysis and tracking the accrual balance. Build financial models for rebates and challenge the business partners. Present to Leadership team for agreement.Responsible for guiding Human Pharma (HP) Asset teams through resource planning and profitability analysis. Be a solid finance contributor to the Asset Pipeline.

This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible **.
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business. Accounting Designation or advanced standing in working towards attainment in Accounting Designation.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting practices.
- Ability to analyze business drivers and financial impact.
- Ability to challenge current assumptions. Able to work under tight time pressure.
- High level of business acumen.Advanced communication skills and ability to persuade others of financial implications of decisions.
