Front-of-House Team Member - Aroma Espresso Bar

We’re hiring for a front-of-house position at Aroma Espresso Bar — this could include barista, cashier, or dispatch roles. If you’re passionate about great service and love a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greet customers with warmth, energy, and a genuine smile
- Take accurate orders, manage transactions, and operate the POS system
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, cold beverages, and specialty items
- Help guests navigate the menu and provide product knowledge
- Keep service areas, condiment stations, and the dining space clean and well-stocked
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Communicate clearly and support your teammates through busy shifts

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience — this is required
- A positive, professional, and people-first mindset
- Confidence in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.25-$18.50 per hour
