We are looking to hire a professional, part-time bookkeeper to join our team. If you are looking for an exciting position, to work with a great team, and have great attention to detail, this might be for you. Experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right individual for the role.
This will be a junior position to work along side a senior Bookkeeper. There is potential for this to turn into a full-time position.
- bookkeeping experience
- Attention to Detail
- Experience with Sage50/Simply Accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Ability to multitask and organizational skills
- Customer service and above all professionalism

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable/ Receivable
- Balance Daily Cash
- Filing
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Maintaining Accounting Files
- Daily Deposits
- Simply Accounting Backups
- Assist in Monthly Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Data entry
- Administer Company Group Health Plan

- Hours - Monday to Friday 12 - 5, NO WEEKENDS

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
