**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure payroll discrepancies are resolved promptly
- Collaborate with the human resources team to maintain accurate records of employee hours, deductions, and benefits.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends or discrepancies and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with government payroll regulations, employment contracts and the collective agreement
- Assist in the implementation of payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
- Process the Daily Revenue Reconciliation Report
- Issue Accounts Receivable statements to clients promptly and follow-up when required

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in business administration, bookkeeping or payroll, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Proficiency in accounting software such as ADP, or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data management
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, clients and management
