**Starting anytime between now and September 1st, this active and adventurous family living in Point Grey are looking for a flexible, experienced House Manager to care for their two children and keep the home running smoothly each day. 4 days a week, up to $35hr and potential for extended benefits to be negotiated*

They have a huge passion for physical activity and enjoy doing anything outdoors; including biking, swimming, skiing, hockey and skating They also enjoy curling up with a good book and watching interesting movies together in the winter months.

The parents are hands-on as much as possible; They tend to show the children a lot of love and affection, but can also be firm and consistent when it comes to discipline. They expect the children to be well-mannered and considerate of others. A bit of humour is a huge bonus too.

Some qualities/attributes they look for in a Nanny are
- Personable and communicative, adept at interacting well with young teens and adults alike
- Firm but caring personality
- Love of the outdoors
- Animal lover
- Very organized and great at multi-tasking

The role mainly consists of House Management as the kids are in school, and such responsibilities include family laundry (and linens), family meal preparation, grocery shopping & light housekeeping (tidying after making meals, load/unload the dishwasher, take out garbage and compost, vacuum main floor regularly, etc). The kids walk to and from school, but they do have some afternoon activities a few days a week that they will need to be driven to.

An animal lover would be ideal as they have a 5 year old Labradoodle who needs to be fed and walked (a couple of times a day). The children are in school full days, so someone that is willing to keep the home running smoothly in the absence of the parents.

Mom and dad are both physicians and their schedule, although daytime hours, changes week to week. This is a 4 day a week position between Monday - Fri, with one day off (not usually a Mon or Fri) but not set until they receive their schedules each month.

Driving is required and you will need to have your own vehicle (you will be compensated for any driving you do during work hours).

All family members are fully vaccinated (and boosted) against Covid-19 and require the nanny to be as well.
