- Align and straighten tiles using levels, squares, or other measuring devices
- Grout tiles and clean excess grout from the surface
- Repair or replace damaged tiles as needed
- Follow blueprints or design plans to ensure accuracy of tile installation

- Proven experience as a Tile Setter or similar role
- Proficient in tile laying techniques and flooring installation
- Familiarity with different types of tiles and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Strong attention to detail and precision in tile placement
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing tile joints
